Erie, Colorado – (June 13, 2019) – Kentwood Northern Properties Broker Associate Matt King is organizing a community-wide garage sale with over 60 households participating in Colliers Hill on Friday, June 14 and Saturday, June 15 at 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Colliers Hill is located at CR 5 and Erie Parkway in Erie, Colorado. King is co-hosting the garage sale with Berkshire Hathaway Realtor® Kara Knott.

King shares that his family has been living in Erie for 13 years and, back then, Erie was a sleepy little town that not many people knew existed. He went to high school in nearby Niwot, so he has been in the area for close to 18 years. “My fiancé and I wanted to get out of the hustle and bustle of the big city, so Erie was an easy choice and I had been fond of Colliers since it was initially announced many years before construction ever began.”
Colliers Hill has approximately 650 homes completed, with a plan of around 2,800 at full build out in an area of 963 acres. The future plan of the neighborhood is to have a mix of single-family detached and attached housing with apartments. Attached housing is to begin construction in the third quarter of this year. There are currently four builders in the neighborhood and the fifth builder is joining soon.
Colliers Hill is a short drive or walk to Old Town Erie. It is in a great location as it is 20 minutes to Boulder, 25 minutes to Downtown Denver and to Denver International Airport.
